What condition is the battery in?+
This unit is certified at 98% Health. Every battery on our lot is load-tested for capacity, internal resistance, and cell balance before listing. Bikes that fall below 85% health are not sold — they are rebuilt first.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?+
We offer a 7-day inspection window. If the bike isn't as described, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
